If you don’t have some of these items, we will hire these for you.
- 1 waterproof jacket, breathable with hood
- 1 insulated jacket, synthetic or down
- 1 soft jacket, fleece or soft-shell
- 2 long-sleeve shirts, lightweight, moisture-wicking fabric
- 1 short-sleeve shirt, lightweight, moisture-wicking fabric
- 1 pair of waterproof pants, breathable (with side zippers)
- 2 pairs of hiking pants (convertible to shorts)
- 1 pair of fleece pants
- 1 pair of long underwear (moisture-wicking fabric)
- 3 pairs of underwear, briefs (moisture-wicking fabric)
- 2 sports bras (women)
- 1 pair of shorts (optional)
Footwear
- 1 pair of hiking boots, warm, waterproof, broken-in, with spare laces
- 3 pairs of socks, thick, wool or synthetic
- 3 pairs of sock liners, tight, thin, synthetic, worn under socks to prevent blisters (optional)
- 1 pair of gaiters, waterproof (optional)
- 1 pair of gym shoes, to wear at camp (optional)
Equipment
- 1 pair of trekking poles
- 1 headlamp, with extra batteries
- 1 waterproof duffel bag, for porters to carry your equipment
- 1 daypack, for you to carry your personal gear
- 1 sleeping bag liner, for added warmth (optional)
